AI Automators

Implementable AI for business

AI tools, built properly, ready to work in your business.

We design and build AI tools that solve one specific business problem, then help you put them to work. Book a call and we'll match you to something we've already built, or commission one to your specification.

Sound familiar?

You started an AI project in-house. It never quite shipped.

Most teams we speak to have already had a go. Someone bright wired up a prototype, it demonstrated well in a meeting, and then it stalled — because getting from a clever demo to a tool people rely on every day is a different discipline. The result sits half-finished, and the problem it was meant to solve is still there.

That is the gap we exist to close.

What we build

Tools we've built to customer specification.

Each one started as a specific problem a business needed solved. Here are examples of what that looks like.

Commissioned

Something built for you

Bring us the problem that is costing you time or revenue. If nothing we've built fits, we commission one that does.

How commissioning works

How it works

From first call to a tool in daily use.

  1. 1

    Book a call

We listen to the specific problem, the people it affects, and what a good result looks like for you.

  2. 2

    Match or commission

If we've already built something that fits, we match you to it. If not, we commission a fresh tool to your specification.

  3. 3

    Early access, then live

You get early access to what we build and support to put it to work across your business.

Why AI Automators

Built to be used, not demonstrated.

One problem at a time

Each tool targets a single, specific job and does it thoroughly — no sprawling platform to configure.

Finished, not prototyped

We take the work from idea to something dependable, which is exactly the step in-house attempts tend to miss.

Matched to you

We start from your situation, then match or commission — so what you deploy fits the way you already operate.

Questions

Questions we hear before the first call.

What does AI Automators do?

We design and build AI tools that solve specific business problems, then help you put them to work. On a call we either match you to a tool we've already built or commission a fresh one to your specification.

How do we get started?

Book a call. We'll understand the problem you want solved, then either match you to an existing tool or talk through commissioning one. There's no pitch and no pressure — just a working conversation about your business.

Do we get access to the tool, or do we build it ourselves?

You get early, hands-on access to the tool and the benefit of using it in your business straight away. We build it and maintain it, so you get the results without carrying the burden of building or running the technology.

What if nothing you've already built fits our problem?

Then we commission a fresh tool, built to your specification. You describe what a good result looks like, we build it, and you get early access as it's ready.

We tried building an AI tool in-house and it stalled. Can you help?

Yes — that's the most common situation we see. The hard part is rarely the demo; it's making a tool dependable enough for daily use. We can take it across that line or match you to something already built.

How long until a tool is working in our business?

It depends on the problem. When we match you to a tool we've already built, it can be live in days. A commissioned tool takes longer, and we'll give you a clear picture of the timeline on the call.

Next step

Tell us the problem. We'll tell you what's possible.

One call is enough to see whether we already have the tool for you, or whether it's worth commissioning one.
